Len has a proven successful business record over many years in both senior management (national and international) and in entrepreneurial enterprise.

17 years with Control Data Corp (a major US multinational during the 80’s with some 56,000 employees) where he held a variety of senior positions including country manager for Belgium and General Manager Europe.

Later he built, over 10 years, Flinthawk from small beginnings to a multi-million pound conglomerate involved in computer sales and leasing, real estate, yacht chartering, and DEC rentals.
